The new Public Support and Billing System is now available at https://billing.kohosting.net/public. Members can access their accounts by going to the link listed above. This is one integrated system which now means when you create an account for ordering purposes you also create all other accounts (except for the forums account). When you place an order now you create your billing account, support account, web manager account(if applicable), and server manager account(if applicable). We hope that you all will find this as useful as we have.
